I don’t know about you, but I love unusual recipes like this:
Make a pumpkin oatmeal that tastes like pumpkin cheesecake.

1/2 cup regular or old fashioned oats
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
Splenda to taste

Heat milk and oatmeal. Stir in pumpkin, then cottage cheese. After it begins to boil/ simmer add the pumpkin pie spice. Continue stirring, add the cinnamon. DOn’t stop stirring. After it’s done let it cool and add the splenda. It’s really yummy and I NEVER get sick of it!
