I bought a juicer and a personal blender about a month ago and have had so much fun trying out different healthy drinks. Here are 2 recipes for you to try:
Green Smoothie
2 cups organic spinach
1-1.25 cups milk (your choice of soy, hemp, almond, rice, etc)
1 tablespoon flax (optional)
1 banana
ice
Blend and drink!
Carrot/Apple Juice
2 carrots
2 apples
1 celery stalk
Peel carrots and wash all well. Run through juicer and stir before drinking.
