Chocolate covered strawberries and whipped cream make this the perfect cocktail for couples looking to add a sweet treat to their Valentines Day menu.

Whipped Cream 
5 Strawberries
1/3 Cup of Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup of Cocoa Powder
2 Ounces of Vodka
1 Ounce of Raspberry Liquor
Ice

Roll 3 strawberries in a bowl until soft and juicy, and then add to a cocktail shaker along with ice, vodka and raspberry liquor.

Shake vigorously for 1 minute until fully blended.

Next, slice 2 strawberries down the center lengthwise and rim the martini glass with them before dusting the glass with cocoa powder.

Use the remaining powder to coat the cut strawberries, and then strain the shaker into the glass.

Garnish with whipped cream and a cocoa coated strawberry.
