Crock Pot Potatoes and Ham

7 potatoes cut into chunks
1 lb ham diced
1/2 lb velveeta cheese cubed
1 small onion diced
2 cans (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cheese soup

Layer potatoes, ham, cheese, and onion in crock pot.  Top with soups and mix together.
Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
Crockpot Peach Cobbler

3/4 cup biscuit mix
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons butter, melted
2 eggs
2 to 2 1/2 cups peeled sliced peaches, fresh or frozen, thawed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Lightly butter a slow cooker.

In a large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir to blend. Pour in butter and milk and stir. Mix in peaches and cinnamon, until well mixed.
 
Pour into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve warm with heavy cream or vanilla ice cream.
