The first time I bought one of those new Philadelphia Cooking Cremes, I didn’t know what to do with it. The flavor was too mild for just crackers (in my opinion). So I stirred it into some spaghetti, which was ok, but nothing special. I actually wasn’t going to buy it again, but found a coupon at the same time Harris Teeter was doing triple coupons. So I bought one.

I searched the web for a recipe and found one that ended up being amazing! I will definitely do this again!

Heat oven to 450 degrees

1 Tbl. oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
3 cups baby spinach leaves.

Sautee first three ingredients 4 to 5 minutes. Add spinach just until wilted. Remove from heat.

1 ready to use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
2/3 cup Philadelphia Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme

Spread cheese on crust. Top with vegetables. Bake on a cookie sheet for 12 to 14 minutes.
