In the summer, if you’re like me, the day gets away from you and suddenly you realize you need to get dinner on the table – fast! Here’s a really easy, fast dinner that’s good too! You can keep the leftovers for another dinner a couple nights later.

Rotel Chicken

Preheat oven 375

Take 4 chicken beasts and season them with garlic powder and onion powder
Open a can of Rotel and pour in a pyrex dish
Lay the chicken on top and put in the oven
After 20 minutes flip the chicken and add a bag of Sucess Rice with a can of water
Cook for another 20 minutes.
