The Gourmet Group I belong to met this weekend for an Oriental dinner. One of the ladies brought this Asian Salad that is amazing. I think I could eat it every day!

1 large head of nappa cabbage
green onions

1/2 C butter
1/2 C slivered almonds
2 or 3 T sesame seeds
2 pkg. ramen noodles (not the seasoning)

1T soy sauce
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C canola oil
1/4 C white vinegar

Put the cabbage (shredded) and onions in a bowl
Brown the noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter; drain on a paper towel
Mix the soy, sugar, oil and vinegar.
Chill the dressing.
Put together when ready to serve
