For all my vegan friends (and those who just try to avoid dairy):

2  teaspoons broken cinnamon sticks
2  teaspoons fennel seeds
2  teaspoons whole cloves
2  teaspoons fresh ground nutmeg

Put all spices in a clean coffee grinder and grind till fine.

Add 2 teaspoons of the spice mix to a quart of almond milk.

Blend well, pour and serve immediately.

(If you don’t have whole cardamom, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, or whole cloves, you can substitute with these same spices already ground.) Enjoy!
