I love black beans and with a crockpot this recipe couldn’t be easier!

2 cans black beans, rinsed
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup salsa (pick your favorite)
1 tsp cumin

Cook until hot in a crockpot, then blend. (I use my food processor, but put the beans in first, mix and then slowly add the liquid if you use yours.)

Serve with cheese, green onions, sour cream and either corn chips or corn bread.
