If you want a healthy breakfast, but never seem to have time to make it, here’s a recipe you can make a couple times a week and store in your refrigerator:

2 cup whole oatmeal
2 cup apple juice
18 oz vanilla yogurt
any fresh or frozen berries 

Combine all ingredients and refridgerate at least 8 hours.  Keeps in fridge up to for 4 days.  When you want breakfast, scoop some into a bowl and microwave it for a minute and a half. Tastes fresh and no mess!
