I love smoothies, but never made one myself because I only have a “regular” blender. The other day I saw the following recipe online and just happened to have all the ingredients so thought I’d give it a try. It turned out perfectly! And better yet – was delicious!

Blend:

2 cups spinach
1/2 frozen banana, cut up
1 Tbl. flax seed
1 Tbl. protein powder (I used hemp)
1 Tbl peanut butter
3/4 c. Almond milk
handful of ice

When done lick out the blender, cause it’s THAT good!
