Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, broccoli, cantaloupe, peepers, oranges, sunflower seeds and grapes.

Beta Carotene, copper, Selenium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, zinc, N-acetyl, omega 3 and L-cysteine.

Turmeric is good for cataracts.

You should not be eating fried foods, processed foods, sugar, salt, white breads, sodas or pastries. (Sound familiar?)
