Smoothie 1

4 cups of almond milk
3 bananas
1 cup of frozen fruit
1-2 handfuls of spinach

Blend all well.
Also can add in some chia seed, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, or hemp seeds. Depends on the mood and what’s available.

Smoothie 2

3 cups of almond milk
1 banana
1 apple
2 cups of spinach
A dash on lemon juice (to help with the spinach)

Blend all well.

Smoothie 3

1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1 banana, broken into pieces
12 frozen strawberries
1 tsp honey

Blend all well. You may wish to cut the strawberries in half before you add them, or use mashed strawberries. Serve immediately while smoothies are still frothy.

Smoothie 4

1 1/2 to 2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen red grapes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt (can be plain yogurt, vanilla or another flavor.)
1 Tablespoon honey

Blend all well.
