This was a cute idea we saw at a hotel, which would be fun to do with guests too. Set out your bowls of: chopped ham, green pepper, onions, mushrooms, shredded cheese, etc. etc. and let your guest spoon whatever they want onto their plate. Then the omelet chef takes the plate and dumps all the ingredients into the omelet he’s preparing.
