Everyone knows you need to eat breakfast. For dieters it keeps you from eating too much the rest of the day. It is also one of your healthiest meals. But, most people think it takes too long to make, so they skip it.

With an omelet pan you can make a low-calorie breakfast in just minutes.

Here’s one you can share – it serves two.

Mix 4 eggs with 4 tablespoons of water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in each side of an omelet pan. When melted add half of the egg mixture to each side.
As it cooks, lift the edges with a spatula to allow mixture to run down and cook evenly.

If you want add mushrooms or onions and or grated cheddar cheese to one side before closing the pan and cooking for another minute.
