These are quick, easy and delicious!

1. Cook rice according to directions and ‘fluff’ it with chopped cilantro after it’s cooked and add a dot of flavored olive oil

2. For each cup of raw rice add 1 chicken bouillon cube in with 2 cups of the water, along with garlic and onion powder to taste. Then once the rice is cooked and drained, add salt, pepper and dried parsley flakes.

3. Heat leftover rice with mixed vegetables. Add garlic, salt and a little butter. May add toasted sesame seeds, leftover chicken or pot roast bits. The sesame makes it taste light and oriental-fresh, the meats make it taste more down-home.

4. Lightly toasted basmati rice in about 2 Tbs butter, with some finely chopped onions. Add chicken stock and saffron. Cook until rice is ready and fluff it before you serve.

5. Cook brown rice with garlic, salt and pepper. Add butter and some teriyaki sauce.

6. Use a cup to mold your rice: fill the cup with rice, then scoop out some in the middle and fill it with cooked veggies. Then place the plate on top of the cup of rice and FLIP! On the outside it just looks like a big scoop of rice, but when you break it open it has yummy veggies inside!

7. Add butter and honey to cooked rice for sweetness.

8. You can add some unsweetened coconut milk and make delicious coconut rice.
2 cups jasmine rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon kosher salt

9. Add chopped zucchini sautéed in Italian seasoning and olive oil to white rice.

10. 2 Tbs. of margarine with 1 tsp. of garlic salt, 1 tsp. of dried or fresh oregano, 1 tsp. of red pepper flakes. Melt these together in the microwave for about 20 seconds, then pour on rice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

11. Add grated cheese and some salsa or taco sauce to white rice.

12. Make a sauce out of pineapple juice and corn flour. Then add pineapple chunks, a bit of soy sauce and onions.
