Prepare: lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and black olives. Add crumbled feta cheese and toss with the following dressing:
1/3 cup white vinegar
½ teaspoon oregano
Juice of ¼ lemon
2/3-cup salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
Freshly ground pepper
Shake all ingredients and use sparingly on salad.
